Services

Radiation Therapy

GenesisCare, Peninsula Private Hospital is estimated to open during the second half of 2024 and will offer access to oncology services including radiation therapy, allied health care support, and the GenesisCare global network of clinical trials (for eligible patients).

The new GenesisCare cancer centre will be located on the Ground Floor within Peninsula Private Hospital (PPH) and add to the existing expansive cancer services available on-site and within the local healthcare provider network.

The team at GenesisCare will be a mix of highly trained healthcare professionals including radiation oncologists, registered nurses, radiation therapists, physicists, and a dedicated support team who share a common purpose: to design care experiences that deliver the best possible life outcomes.

In addition to advanced radiation oncology services, GenesisCare will offer patients access to a Cancer Care Coordinator who will look to engage across each of the multidisciplinary clinical and speciality services at PPH including allied health, administration, and to support patients to navigate seamlessly through their personal cancer care journey.

We look forward to opening the doors to our new centre offering evidence-based and personalised cancer care services to the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula communities.

Radiation therapy uses high energy X-rays or other particles to treat cancer and can be used at all stages.

Allied Health Services

At GenesisCare, PPH we will offer access to a range of Allied health services, all tailored to support the needs of each patient.

Clinical Trials

At GenesisCare, we challenge ourselves every day to help find new and better ways to provide high-quality care, and we aim to deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients wherever we can.
