World-class cancer care in the heart of Surrey.

GenesisCare, the UK’s leading private cancer care provider, officially opens its new state of the art centre in Guildford, Surrey, marking a major step forward in advancing cancer healthcare in the region.

The new £30 million specialist outpatient centre for oncology and radiotherapy, located on Rosalind Franklin Close, will be led by a highly experienced team, increasing access to the latest innovations in diagnostics and radiotherapy for patients based in Surrey and beyond.

The expert medical team at GenesisCare in Surrey includes consultants practising at local and nationally recognised hospitals, and offers patients all over the South East world-class personalised cancer treatments.

Centre Leader for GenesisCare in Surrey, Jimmy Kwok says: “We’re delighted to open our doors and welcome patients from Surrey and the surrounding areas to this excellent new centre.  We’ll be providing patients access to some of the most advanced diagnostic and radiotherapy treatments available and working closely with leading health professionals, to deliver an outstanding personalised patient cancer care experience.”

The new cancer centre and research hub is the result of a partnership between GenesisCare UK and the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust. It will provide patients with access to the latest treatment options for cancer, provided under the expert care of top-class doctors and clinicians.

At GenesisCare’s centre in Surrey, patients can access specialist services such as exercise medicine, which is proven to improve patient outcomes, as well as a wellbeing programme and therapies including counselling, reflexology and acupuncture, delivered in partnership with charity Penny Brohn UK.
