Located in the Gold Coast Southport Medical Precinct, at Premion Place our Southport clinic offers expert cancer care services in a contemporary setting.
Our patients are offered rapid access to consultation and treatment, delivered by advanced radiation therapy technology. We pride ourselves on offering an individualised patient experience that supports the best possible clinical outcomes.
Care is managed by a team of passionate healthcare professionals including radiation oncologists, registered nurses, radiation therapists, physicists, and a dedicated team of support staff.
Our treatments and services
Radiation therapy uses high energy X-rays or other particles to treat cancer and can be used at all treatment stages.
Radiation therapy techniques offered at Southport, Gold Coast may include:
- Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT)
- Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT)
- Deep Inspiration Breath Hold (DIBH)
- Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS)
- Stereotactic Ablative Body Radiotherapy (SABR)
- Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT)
- Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT).
We also offer specialised non-invasive radiation therapy techniques for the treatment of non-melanoma skin cancer and benign conditions (such as Dupuytren's disease, keloid scars, plantar fasciitis, heterotopic ossification and Ledderhose disease).
The centre offers rapid access to radiation therapy for palliative patients.

GenesisCare partners with leading local allied health practitioners and can help connect you to services as and when you need them. One of your treatment team will discuss the most suitable options to support you, this may include:

We offer access to qualified exercise physiologists who can tailor an exercise program to suit your unique health and lifestyle requirements.
Considerable research and clinical evidence has established that exercise may be beneficial for people with cancer; however, there is no one-size-fits-all approach.1,2 Every person’s circumstances are unique and these should be taken into account. Tailored exercise programs designed by an exercise professional that include both aerobic and resistance training activities have been shown to provide benefits.3

Additional patient services
Our Southport clinic offers a complimentary daily return bus service for eligible patients, who live North of Miami and South of Pimpama, including west of the Beaudesert, Tamborine Mountain, and Cunungra regions. Speak with your treatment team to discuss locations and eligibility.
Free undercover parking is available in the basement of our building accessable via White St. Wheelchair access is available.
You can travel via the Gold Coast Link. We’re less than 500m from the Nerang Street Tram Station.
We have free a door-to-door bus service for eligible patients who live north from Miami, all the way to Beaudesert and west from Mount Tamborine and Canungra regions.
